It’s lovely to enter such a dreamily gorgeous hotel that also takes its coffee seriously! -Great location, in walking distance of many of Lisbon’s sights -Absolutely gorgeous interiors in this restored viscounts house from the 1800s -Fabulous room and bathroom -Great breakfast spread and everything was delicious -Excellent coffee and lovely latte art - they have their own roastery which is why it is so good -Great recommendations on things to do Lisbon that they send you after you check-in -Friendly staff and quite caring - knew I was a bit under the weather and made sure to ask how I was doing including organising tea for me (don’t know the gentleman’s name unfortunately but he told me a bit about the place, gave me a chocolate sample and organised tea, plus sorted a hot water issue in the tap- very nice person)

It was a beautiful hotel located right in the centre of the city, that we booked last minute to stay in overnight in Lisbon. We were greeted with ‘ginja’ on arrival by a lovely and bubbly host. The breakfast was plentyful and tasty, with a variety of options in a tastefully decorated dining room. The shower was nice and comfortable, the products smelled good and the bed was comfortable as well as the bedding. The windows were nice and soundproof so we heard none of the hustle and bustle of the street. There was also air conditioning which was a great plus! We booked just the day before and the price was really really good for the amenities and location we were provided. Practically nothing negative to say about our stay!!

perfect blend of luxury and home. my room was more like an ample well lit apartment and I appreciated the high end coffee pods refreshed in my room every day. Miguel, Elena, and all the staff were especially kind and attentive. the location in the Barrio Alto is just lovely.

Simply, one of the best hotel experience we've had in Europe. Great breakfast included, right in the center, super comfortable and clean, and the staff is the best of the best. We will definetely come back!

The location is prime, is near everything what is best to visit in Lisbon. From restaurants to historical places. The staff is great, specially Claudia and Candinha. They are so kind and always find a way to make our stay more comfortable and give tips about Lisbon and other cities nearby.

Very well located, such an authentic space. I love the design, lots of charming details. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff (all of them!), they seem to love their job and every guest. I felt like a valued guest. It was quite calm despite the fact that hotel placed in prime center location.

Delightful bright and airy rooms with a balcony overlooking monuments, the city skyline and the river (oh, and a delicious breakfast - room service). Super comfortable accommodation with no attention to details spared. This was all made even more special by our lovely hostess who really made us feel at home and could not be more helpful. To top it all, we loved the central location and especially the charming square with its great bars and restaurants.
