Don’t think about it, just book this place! The location is fabulous (you do need a car though) the hosts were wonderful, the rooms are simple but luxurious. The Annecy area can be a little crowded, so it was great to quiet spot to relax.

Again, we enjoyed our time and had great fun in the beautiful garden making pizza in the evening. The room was very clean. You can park your car safely in the yard. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. Thank you very much.

Really sweet staff we enjoyed chatting with. The best morning breakfast I've ever had. The chef is very good with the baked breads and cakes, it was a real treat. Enjoyed the pool and sauna, very cool vibe of partial indoor/outdoor. The gardens are lovely on the property. Serene.

Boasting accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a balcony, Chalet le Pré de la Dame is set in Épagny. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are just incredible. Amazing pool which was just for us. The chalet is beautiful, we loved the intricacy of the design. An easy 15 min drive into Annecy and to the lake. Patrick was very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. Aircon was great. We enjoyed our breakfast every day with the amazing view of the birds, mountains and lake. Nice extra touches like tissues, shower gel, board games and 2 towels each. We loved that there was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, even when it rained a little. There is a bar and a mini fridge, perfect for all your snacks and drinks. We didn't cook and didn't have any crockery etc but I'm sure we could have asked if we had needed more. We would definitely recommend visiting here.

Hotel was immaculate, rooms were clean and nicely presented, rustic looking, everything needed was there, nothing more. Perfect for a stopover in a characterful place on our way to the airport. Nice atmospheric restaurant was a welcome addition to our stay.
