Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. this guesthouse was very comfortable. I stayed in the private room which had amazing air conditioning and a private bathroom! the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very kind!!

Situated in Cagnes-sur-Mer and with Cros de Cagnes reachable within 100 metres, Maison de la Marine features express check-in and check-out, soundproof rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. The place is beautiful! All new and taken care of in all details. The pool and jacuzzi are stunning and always clean. Hosts have been very nice and we also had a nice dinner cooked by them. Absolutely recommend this place.

Located in Mouans-Sartoux, 6.5 km from Musee International de la Parfumerie, VILLA MATHIS offers accommodation with a hot tub. This lovely home/resort enveloped me in hospitality and became a short term home for a lovely life of five days. Every moment was a delight. The breakfast can't be matched! Valerie and Frederick kindly solved problems and pointed me in the direction of three neighboring restaurants that were magnificent.. The town is fabulous, a short wasl away. The pool is heavenly. Great bedding in the room. I would happily go back.

All rooms include a balcony with garden views and free... the owners were very kind and very welcoming. they were also very helpful and flexible on time giving us great availability. the room is equipped with everything and is very very nice, it also has a beautiful covered veranda. chosen for the location near Nice it was very convenient and if we were to return to the area we will definitely return.

Boasting garden views, Villa Angelus features accommodation with patio, around 500 metres from Plage Fabron. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We stayed in a love little apartment, it had all the basics needed. There is a fridge, hob and microwave in the room along with a coffee machine. There is a lovely private terrace. Room was very comfortable. Parking available which is a huge bonus in Nice. The host was extremely friendly and communicative.

Boasting a bar and views of city, Demeure d'hôtes Le Rocher is a guest house set in a historic building in Valbonne, 10 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. The hotel owner/manager and his staff were at all times gracious and understanding and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional, from their help in arranging transportation, to their service of the delicious included breakfast of pastries, fruit and large, never empty, coffee cups. The place is just beautiful and well maintained. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious. There is even central air. Be aware that there are some narrow stairways to negotiate for room access.
