We were one of the first guests, everything was very clean and brand new. The communication with Nika was very easy and she even arranged a free parking spot for us in Dubrovnik where parking would have been extremely expensive otherwise. Comfortable modern bed, spotlessly clean, thoughtfully supplied with all bath amenities. Even an extra blanket for cool nights. Towels were luxurious white soft towels. Location is away from the noise of Old Town but just steps away from the ferry. We plan to stay here every year if our schedule allows. You can tell that the owner cares about her guests. Would give a 10++ rating if possible. Room features AC, small refrig and electric kettle for tea or coffee.

There was a pool, but I preferred to swim in the sea. There is a freshwater shower at Mlini beach for rinsing off the saltwater. The house is conveniently located near a bus stop.

Gaspar and Gino did an amazing job of looking after us. From the airport pickup from Gaspar, we had a very informative drive the whole way into Dubrovnik. Gino met us and gave us tips on things to do and see. The townhouse is fabulous. The location is amazing. A few feet away from a lovely little cove (Kings Landing for the fans) where there is a lovely little bar so you can watch the sun go down or have a starter espresso in the mornings 😊 The area is so so quiet but a 4 minute walk and your through Pile Gate and into the Old Town. 10 out of 10 for this property and its owners. A holiday we'll remember.
