Paul and his staff are wonderful hosts who took really good care of us. he organized a boat trip to the 17 Islands and also provided us with a simple, but tasty dinner. The rooms are clean, aircon works well, and there is plenty of privacy if you want it but also opportunity to chat to the other travelers staying here. The garden is also cute!

El Escape Bajo in Labuan Bajo está situado a 400 metros de la playa Wae Rana, en Labuan Bajo, y cuenta con un restaurante y conexión de wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Estuve una noche antes de mi viaje por Komodo Islands y estuvo muy bien. Está situado cerca del puerto y del fish market. Las habitación compartida estaba limpia y las taquillas eran grandes. El baño estaba bien, aunque hubiera estado mejor tener dos lavabos. Se queda un poco justo para ser un hostel. De todas formas para pasar un par de días es suficiente. La cafetería tiene muy buenas vistas y se puede trabajar sin problema. Un sitio tranquilo y con buena ubicación.

Easily one of the most rich experiences we have had on our travels. We enjoyed spending time with jecky’s family, eating delicious home cooked meals, seeing Komodos (of which there are many behind the village), trekking in the national park, swimming with mantas, hiking Padar…the list goes on! Even just sitting on the balcony and watching the fishing boats or the resident dugong play with a sea turtle is a great way to pass the time. Jecky is a great host and has great English. You can arrange/discuss all your travels and activities with him via WhatsApp prior. And his wife is a great cook! This is a unique opportunity you will be lucky to have. It’s a homestay (not some bland hotel experience) so come ready for adventure.

El LALONG TERONG Guest House in Riung tiene jardín y terraza. Además, tiene vistas al jardín. Todos los alojamientos incluyen zona de estar. It was all very clean, new, airconditioning! and the owners are so sweet!! Also, good breakfast with banana pancake and fruit. The owner helped me a lot by arranging the boat tour and drive to Bajawa. I was also able to rent his scooter. There is the cutest dog and chickens walking around. Just lovely !

El Riung Tiga Empat Tujuh Guesthouse se encuentra en Riung y ofrece terraza. Este bed and breakfast tiene jardín y estacionamiento privado gratuito. La cama es nueva y es muy comoda. Aire acondicionado en la habitación. El desayuno con pancake y fruta. Los dueños son muy amables y cariñosos. Puedes poner una lavadora en la casa. El puerto está a menos de 5 minutos andando. Delante tienes un restaurante donde la ultima noche pusieron un grupo de musica.

El FARILA LODGE se encuentra en Ende y alberga una terraza y un bar. Además, goza de vistas a la montaña. Todas las habitaciones incluyen baño privado con ducha. Farila Lodge is a very nice place. A house with two rooms and a balcony in front. Everything is new and spacious, the bathroom is one of the nicest we had, the shower (hot) with good water pressure. It is not visible from the street as the hill below is very steep, so we were a little confused to only see a sign on the street and no building. But no need to worry. It is there. 😃 We also rented a scooter from them for a day which was quite new and worked fine. Breakfast is brought by a lady who has a small stand selling drinks and snacks right above the house on the street. We had a very tasty nasi goreng with fried egg there. On the first day there was a man to welcome us who spoke a little english and could give us information about laundry, where to eat... When he was gone there was no one speaking english, but the friendly lady from the stand sent us to the Rainbow Cafe just around the corner. They speak english, were able to organise ojeks, transfer to Maumere, do laundry (quite expensive, but clean).

Perfect location, comfortable beds and good shower, The room has all you need. The breakfast was really nice with pancakes and fruits. And last but not least, Yohannes and his wife are super friendly! They want you to feel at home. Besides that he arranges transport to Kelimutu, but also he arranged that the public bus to Bajawa kept 4 seats free for us! That was great🤩
