There was aircon and heating. It was very quiet. The bathroom was also a great size and had a great shower. There was free street parking outside on the street. It was spotless and very modern. The restaurants and old town are very close by and there are lots of nice cafes and bakeries almost next door, for breakfast. Recommend for a great stay.

Featuring a shared lounge and views of city, Quarzo. Modern Rooms is a recently renovated guest house located in Cagliari, 2.9 km from Spiaggia di Giorgino. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and a shared kitchen, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy quiet street views. It was for a half day but we wanted more because of this room, the host is really supportive guy who helped us in a request.. The room is like a 5-star hotels but 10x cheaper 😄 Thanks Pasquale

The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

Great boardwalk and restaurants.Would welcome another visit.

Boasting a shared lounge and views of sea, Magnini Rooms is a recently renovated guest house set in Cagliari, 2.5 km from Spiaggia di Giorgino. The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 36 km from Nora. The guest house has family rooms. Absolutely stunning! Fantastic central location, newly furbished, well-equipted apartman with 2 double beds, with AC and fast wifi. Everything is new and modern. 24h coffee/coca/tea, in the mini fridge every morning juice, milk and water, on the table a basket of snacks (although the apartman is self-catering we had a full breakfast this way). Host lady is friendly, fluent English-speaking and helpful. Whenever I go back to Sardinia I would choose this apartman again. Thank You!
