The staff was very kind. Dr Vicky, if you're reading this, I loved talking to you. You were very helpful and kind. And you were right, I loved KL. The room was clean and well lit. The washrooms were fine with hot and cold water. There was a full dining area with snacks round the clock. A good terrace and rooftop. The location was good, very near to main attractions like night food market etc. Breakfast had good quantity and quality. Overall value for money.

The bed is clean and comfortable, and the room gets really cold. Facilities are nice and toilet and shower are clean. Lockers are placed outside of your room but still nearby.

I liked how well maintained the rooms and facilities were. All the staff members were very friendly and polite. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, also could speak English very well which helped me at times. Perfectly located in the heart of bhuakaow area, and less noise than other sois. Very well cleaned and large room with balcony. I slept very well, the bed was comfrtable in my opinion. New aircon, windows and shower heater, everything as works well. Friendly stuff
