They are really caring and always willing to hear you out and help, plus they’re super fun:D I had zero issues with the facility, everything seems to be new, perfect and runs uninterruptedly. Great place to stay in KK, excellent value for money in Borneo! Breakfast was amazing, and different everyday (noodles and toasts on day 1, rice, pancakes ❤️, and toasts on day 2) Bed was comfy with privacy curtains, a light and an outlet, AC was working well, there is space to hang your towel and clothes, and the room was big Nice common area (though a bit small maybe, but you do what you can with the space you have) Toilets were separate from the showers (rare in Asia, so that was really nice!) The owner was super nice, friendly and helpful! I missed my bus so I arrived a day later and I was able to change the days of my booking even though it was non refundable, so thank you so much for that!!
