Our success with this single room inspired us to let an entire floor, offering a cozie, self-contained apartment in our Queenslander. This eventually became two apartments, and we then spent a couple of years creating the perfect formula for maximising bookings and customer satisfaction. A year later, we bought a second property and repeated the formula, to great success. Now, a few years down the line, we are a fully licensed real estate agency with a plethora of awesome properties, which we manage on behalf of their owners. Each one unique in its own way, sympathetically handled to reflect the style and personality of the owner. With a strong background in hospitality and Cairns-focussed tourism, we really do have what it takes to make your guests feel welcome and happy during their stay. Our attentive, professional approach generates regular 5 star reviews to maximise ongoing bookings and a great reputation.

You simply won't find a better location as the base to enjoy your tropical getaway in Cairns. Situated directly on the waterfront, with views over Little Fogarty Park, you are just moments away from Cairns' best restaurants and eateries. Your stay at the Harbour lights is complimented by a large pool, elevated above the city, a gym and Sauna. The two bedroom apartment features two spacious bedrooms, with King beds, open plan living and dining areas, smart TV in lounge room, air-conditioning, full kitchen with fridge/freezer, cook-top, oven and dishwasher. The bed in the second bedroom can also be split to make two singles, and both rooms are appointed with generous bathrooms, with a bathtub in the master room. Secure car parking is also allocated to the apartment. This is your own private accommodation during your stay and your access is not restricted in any way. You will have a swipe card in order to access the building, lifts and car park after hours. There is a dedicated parking space for your convenience.
