Karl is from Austria and Alison is from Scotland, both love to travel and love meeting new people. We Met in the Caribbean both working on Cruise Ships. Lived in Cape Town, South Africa for many years, moved to LA from there to Miami and now Melbourne Beach and loving it.

Our Inn is a beautiful property with a relaxing tropical courtyard that gives our guest the feeling of being transported to an island in the Caribbean.The rooms are elegant and have large modern appointed bathrooms. Attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. Our 100 year old house is as charming and preserved as the first year it was built.

Our area is a barrier island with water at both ends of the street. You can walk to the ocean going East or enjoy the Indian River just a few steps to the West. Fine dining, casual beach side eatery, amazing burritos, classic Italian, are all nearby. Gourmet supermarket, drugstore are down the street. Beautiful neighborhood park, the river is across the street People out walking, biking. or enjoying the amazing sunsets. Safe, tranquil little piece of paradise awaits you.
