Outside you will find a cozy circle of outdoor seating, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or mid-day snack and the back gate leads you right to Mesa Valley trail! Traveling with kids? They will love our newly constructed playhouse! In addition to the outstanding views of Pikes Peak, you will also likely get a glimpse of Colorado wildlife while enjoying the spacious yard. Majestic wild deer and adorable rabbits make frequent visits to the space. There is a private driveway where you will have plenty of room to park at least two vehicles as well.

Located on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, the back of the home is nestled up against an open area with unobstructed views. Everything you need is available to you within minutes, including downtown, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City and more! The I-25 freeway is just around the corner making your day trip to Denver or Boulder a breeze!
