Great place in all respects, except restaurant wasn’t open yet for lunch and dinner but understand it was just winding down from big renovation!

I’ve probably spent 2-3 years in extended stay hotel suites with minimally equipped, poor quality kitchenettes. The condo kitchen is extremely well appointed with good quality knives, large cutting board, cookware and bakeware. It has everyday and entertaining dishes and glassware. Even had a salad spinner, popcorn maker. As an avid cook I really appreciated having all the comforts of home. Having an assortment of snacks and breakfast bars upon arrival, was a wonderful touch. I replenished them to pay it forward.

Food was absolutely a fail at this hotel! Family felt sick after dinner here. Chicken was undercooked. Flavours were out of touch with what Scottsdale is known for. Staff were all sassy attitudes lots off drama. Would hate to blame the staff though you can tell Managment have no control inside this hotel from the front booking staff to the restaurant. Staff management was absolutely horrible. No guidance, no professionalism very poor Quality!

Location, location, location. If you are going to Scottsdale Stadium, look no farther. We walked to Old Town for dinner and drinks which saved money on Uber. Beds are comfy. We slept well. Quiet location.

First, the staff. They were wonderful. We loved our bar tender, the dinner hostess, and the waitress who provided pool service. Rooms are nice and comfortable and the views out to the pool and surrounding mountains are stunning. Favorite drink: It’s a Dry Heat. Food here was good too. Made friends with the staff and fellow guests. Just a lovely place.

The location is perfect for what we do when we come to Phoenix. The gal (from Springerville, AZ - can't remember her name) is really nice and has been there every time I've stayed at this hotel. The rest of the staff are all very nice too. I've stayed here often... it used to be a Quality Inn Suites. It's always been a fairly no frills hotel for a reasonable price but always clean and comfortable. We don't go for the amenities (pool, gym, etc.)... just a place to sleep and shower and it's always been fine.
