They will simply help you with no fuss or complications. You can see they themselves are happy at the hotel enjoying their work. Many thanks to the reception team Maria and Jakov who helped us and also were so kind to show us the gorgeous panoramic views from the 5th floor. You get what you pay for, great service very helpful staff and kind, the location can't get any better the hotel structure very impressive, the room was very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the street of the old city, the front desk lady's were amazing did our laundry, and the cleaning lady's very helpful as well.

Everything, from checkin hospitality, to small things that they turn on heating in the mobile houses before we came, as it was a bit cold, till the checkout process. The 5-star Bluesun Hotel Jadran hotel is located on a secluded (public) beach in Tučepi. Its stylish rooms and suites are accompanied by 3 outdoor pools, 3 restaurants and a spa centre. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The view was AMAZING from our balcony. The TWO pools were also beautiful, and the beach was easily accessible. There were even robes to wear and sunloungers by the sea and by the pool. We used the sauna, while was great, and we ate the buffet dinner which was also great (though the desserts could have been better). Breakfast was also great. Staff were all friendly. Had a lovely stay!

We missed our flight out of Split and only stayed one night, but it was a perfect place to relax. We had such a stressful afternoon, but we were greeted with a smile and a glass of prosecco! Grand hotel with top notch service and delicious breakfast. Very comfortable beds and although it's in the path, you hear nothing inside the hotel. We would stay again. Trogir is lovely.

Close to restaurants, shops and ferries. The apartment could not be cleaner and was appointed with modern furnishings. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. This apartment extended our expectations.
