Charming Luxury Lodge & Private Spa tilbyder eksklusive bungalower med udsigt over søen Nahuel Huapi, kun 12 km fra Catedral-skisportscentret. We stayed together with my 7y.o. son. Hotel exceeded our expectations despite we are used to good 5star hotels. Actually it was one of the best hotels during our 2.5 weeks trip in Patagonia. Room was very nice, well designed and clean, with all necessary things provided. Hotel has free parking in the territory. Personal spoke English, and was very friendly. Hotel also has a very good restaurant with a nice view on the lake, a bit expensive for Argentina, but it really worth. During the stay hotel paid a lot of attention to small things - they put a flag of your home country in front of the room.:) We were leaving early in the morning and hotel proactively prepared a lunch box with snacks for us. And by the way the breakfast we also tried and was also very good. We liked our stay so much that we decided to come back and to stay for one more night (luckily they had a room available). We’ll definitely come back again. Thank you!

Our room was super spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could want. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was used by us every night! The outside area on the property was also gorgeous - pool, beach access, lots of lounge areas. But most outstanding part of our stay was the customer service - the front desk was instantly responsive on WhatsApp even before we arrived. They booked us restaurants, recommended day trips, customized breakfast for us when what we wanted wasn’t on the menu. It was truly above & beyond what I’ve experienced at any other venue.
