The room was clean and big, very comfortable and new. The staff is very helpful, we came earlier than the check in time and still got a key with a smile. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. There was a lot of parking and the garden is beautiful. Definitely recommended.

Centrally located in the main square of Villach, this 4 star hotel features a bar and a terrace. The air conditioning in the room was a welcome relief on such a hot day. Everything was clean and the balcony was lovely.

The charming city hotel Kramer, embedded in the old town of Villach, offers a wealth of amenities for a relaxing stay. Everything was great. In the bathroom I loved the warmer ,very smart, to can heat the bathroom for having shower. The bed was very confortable. The hotel is located in city center, has its own parking and in the hotel yard is also an amazing restaurant. The breakfast was delicious . The staff very helpfull and kind. We really had a great time and we will come back .
