Everything about this hotel is exceptional. We enjoyed our stay so much we have decided to return next year for longer. It’s difficult to choose one thing out of the room, food, people because everything joins together to create a super holiday with everything done for you to make your stay exceptional.

Surrounded by the Dolomites in East Tyrol and partially renovated in 2015, the 4-star superior Dolomiten Residenz - Sporthotel Sillian features a 3,000 m² spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. Great hotel with a lot of attention for their guests (young and old). Perfect service, friendly personnel. Very clean hotel and rooms. A lot of facilities for all ages. Nice swimming pools and the breakfast, lunch and dinner are a big positive surprise. The buffets are made with a very high standard. very tasty and big choice for all. Some local specialties are included. Also for kids this hotel is great. A lot of activities and special foods are available for them. Also the location is great, just 10 minutes from the Italian border. Beautiful located between the mountains and guests from the hotel can use 5 "cable-trains" for free. We will come back for sure!

Surrounded by the scenic Dolomites, Hotel Gesser enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Sillian in East Tyrol’s Puster Valley, just 400 metres from the Hochpustertal-Thurntaler Ski Area. We had very nice stay and staffs are very nice.

Located in the idyllic village of Kartitsch in Tyrol´s Gailtal Valley, Die Waldruhe offers spacious rooms with a furnished balcony and a spacious wardrobe. Free WiFi is available. We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Waldruhe and we will most likely come back when we visit the region. One feels immediately welcomed, all the staff is friendly and highly competent. They also fluent in different languages (aussi en français et italien) which makes it easy to exchange small talks. Our room was spacious, very clean, well- equipped with a balcony. The interior of the hotel is stylish and includes references of the past which we thought added a nice touch. The breakfast (buffet) is well presented with lots of specialities, home baked bread , butter from a local farm and so much more. The dinner was also exceptional. The wellness area is very spacious and counts two sauna, a steam bath, a infrared cabin, showers and plenty of space to relax. We could walk our dog in the surrounding forest but also around the lake 5 min away with the car.

Hotel Pfleger has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Anras. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a sauna and a hammam. Great place, fantastic service - loved it!

Strasserwirt Herrenansitz zu Tirol is a romantic, castle-like hotel in the East Tyrolean Puster Valley between the South Tyrolean and the Lienz Dolomites. Literally, the only thing about this fabulous hotel that I didn't like were the pillows. They were horrible, but everything else was exceptional.

Opening in December 2015, Almfamilyhotel Scherer is located in Obertilliach in the Lesach Valley, at 1,450 metres above sea level. Exceptionally friendly staff. Amazing facilities for kids.
