Also nice to have the toilet separate. Bath and separate shower in bathroom. Kitchen equipment to cook your own meals very well thought through, everything is there! 24h coffee station in lobby very nice add on. Use of heated pool and saunas included in your stay. Breakfast was superb!! Very friendly staff en good communication before arrival, could arrange birthday cake for my daughter and the decorated the table with baloons and banner for breakfast, was really special, thank you! Me and my family will definitely be back!

Everything was great, the host Mikael was wonderful, breakfast was perfect, clean rooms with view on Kitzsteinhorn, parking on site, room for skiing boots and all equipment, just wonderful. We would like to come back here again.

Lederer’s living is a modern design hotel in the centre of Kaprun. The property features a restaurant serving a buffet breakfast and all guests enjoy free admission to the Tauern Spa Kaprun. Beautiful, modern hotel, located in the very center of Kaprun. Its location is perfect for activities in and outside Kaprun, such as the Maisi Flitzer alpine coaster, Tauern Spa, Kaprun Dam, Kitzsteinhorn, Sigmund-Thun-Klamm and Klammsee. The hotel is easily accessible, parking is available, restaurants and coffee places around as well as sport and outdoor stores. The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful. We were offered the Zell Am See card for the entire stay as well as separate daily entrance card to the Tauern spa. Our room was equipped with all the necessaries, faced the river with a beautiful view. Room and the entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with much variety to choose from. A high standard hotel we'll definitely look forward returning to.

The family-run PEOPLE'S Hotel is located at the entrance to Kaprun, directly at the ski lift 3K K-onnection with direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. Location was perfectly placed between a ski lift, Apres Bar, shopping and restaurants. The staff was amazing, so much so that they gave me a whole plate of Christmas cookies (and who doesn't love Christmas Cookies?!!!!). Room was a perfect size and recently renovated. Breakfast was great and offered early enough to make it to the lifts before the crowds. The bar area was a perfect setting for relaxation and drinks after a day on the slopes/mountain. I highly recommend this location, and I'll be sure to return here next year.
