Charming hostess. Little hiccup with air conditioning at the beginning but host made it right. Roman ruins nearby very interesting. Recommend.

Gasthof zum Goldenen Anker occupies a 400-years old historic building next to the Danube River and the medieval city wall and a 3-minute walk from the Old Town of Hainburg. Charming hotel with so much character and really beautiful bedroom, with gorgeous antique furniture. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and check we had everything we needed.
