Located in Bundanoon, 30 km from Fitzroy Falls, Osborn House provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. It was a great experience for us to be taken care of so well and to be in an area with walking trails and overlooks. Usually we are camping in this environment. 😊 Every aspect of our stay was five star. My massage was the best I have had in many years ... thank you!

I booked this room as a back-up for a work call, particularly because of its high Wi-Fi ratings. While I didn't actually end up staying overnight, I still wouldn't hesitate to rate this hotel highly based on what I experienced. The lady at reception was absolutely lovely and accommodating, real angel. I came in huffing & puffing with stress and a short timeframe, but she made everything super easy and simple. The room itself was perfectly set up, modern, clean, and the WiFi was great. While there wasn't a dedicated work desk in my particular room, there were two chair and table set-ups that completely sufficed. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Loved the historic nature of the accommodation and, combined with the friendly and attentive staff, the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere was lovely to experience.

Links House offers country-style accommodation with free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast in the dining room. Guests can also enjoy a restaurant and a lounge bar with an open fireplace. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too hard. The night manager (Michael) went over and above for all our requests. Super super friendly and attentive. The day staff were just as helpful and friendly. I would totally stay there and recommend it to anyone heading to Bowral.

Beautiful room, amazing food and awesome staff, could not recommend it more highly. A must stay when passing through. Presently surprised by this little gem, we will definitely be back.
