We had to catch a very early flight so we wanted to stay closest to the airport as possible to save time in the morning. This hotel is located 2 minutes from the airport and provides a free shuttle. The room was specious, clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food was delicious.

Conveniently located in the Sabayil district of Baku, Hillside City Center Hotel is set 1 km from Maiden Tower, less than 1 km from Flame Towers and a 13-minute walk from Upland Park. A truly fantastic accomodation in the heart of Baku - and possibly the best price/value offer you can find as a budget traveller. My room was spacious enough, with a comfy double bed, clean and well-equipped (free mineral water, kettle with free tea bags and coffee). The hotel is centrally located, two corners away from the old town and max. 10 minutes from the Flame Towers. The receptionists are amazingly hospitable (I even received a farewell gift), especially Edwin, whose culinary and cultural tips made my time in Baku more authentic. I was sincerely grateful for the arranged airport transfer, since I arrived in the middle of the night and had to leave the same way. Even with an unexpected situation with my boarding pass, they made sure I am not gonna miss my flight. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough, if I ever return to Baku, I know where I am going to stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was clean and beautiful, and the rooms were very colorful and cozy. The staff was very helpful with our heavy luggage and helped carry it to the taxi, even though it wasn't very close to the hotel. The rooms had all the necessary things, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially liked the attention to details, like the disposable shoe polish. Thank you to the hotel management for such great service and care for the guests!
