Location is supreme, right in the heart of San Pedro, very easy walking distance from either ferry terminal (boats from Caye Caulker or Belize City), close to restaurants and night life. Not absolute beachfront, but one building behind means that you still catch the breezes. There is a little noise at night, but considering the location it is very moderate. The rooms seem to be recently renovated and they are very clean, modern and comfortable. There was a hairdryer, and amenities, good quality towels and everything was fresh. There is room to unpack, and a small bar fridge. Communal patio area if you want to get out of the room for a bit. Host is very friendly and happy to have a chat and make recommendations. Wifi was good enough for video calls about 10mbps.

It was just far enough away from the business of San Pedro and the sunsets were spectacular. It was an easy walk to lots of restaurants, bars and things to do. The place was comfortable and anything we wanted was provided quickly and with pleasure. The staff were exceptional and friendly. Shaun and Marta were especially amazing - thank you! Jake had every little detail arranged for us and Mario was always offering rides and help. We were created with ice cold beverages when we arrived. We felt welcomed and spoiled! We would definitely stay here again and recommend Caye Casa.

Communication with owner - Audre was brilliant. Local recommendations provided - Really helpful. Size and layout of apartment - Perfect for us and the other couple we were travelling with. Bikes provided which we used daily.
