Located in San Pedro, a few steps from San Pedro Beach, Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. It’s a gorgeous property about 10 min. golfcart ride from downtown. The pool is great, in a beautiful setting. The Reef Houses are not around the main pool, but a bit further and that’s what makes them the perfect place for a family. The staff is really nice, Gian at the front desk is amazing but all the others are very helpful as well. When our golfcart broke down, Alfonso, the taxi driver was there in less than a minute to take us. We looked at other resorts on the Island, but this seemed to be the best.
La Casa de Paz Hotel 3 stjerner

Set in San Pedro and within 60 metres of San Pedro Beach, La Casa de Paz Hotel has a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. This 3-star hotel offers room service. Location is supreme, right in the heart of San Pedro, very easy walking distance from either ferry terminal (boats from Caye Caulker or Belize City), close to restaurants and night life. Not absolute beachfront, but one building behind means that you still catch the breezes. There is a little noise at night, but considering the location it is very moderate. The rooms seem to be recently renovated and they are very clean, modern and comfortable. There was a hairdryer, and amenities, good quality towels and everything was fresh. There is room to unpack, and a small bar fridge. Communal patio area if you want to get out of the room for a bit. Host is very friendly and happy to have a chat and make recommendations. Wifi was good enough for video calls about 10mbps.

Set within 300 metres of San Pedro Beach in San Pedro, Belize Budget Suites features a garden and barbecue facilities, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy garden views. The staff is absolutely amazing. They will bend over backwards to make sure that you are happy and content and well taken care of. Jose is absolutely adorable and his wife is very helpful as well although we didn’t get to know her as well. I’m sure she was doing all the work behind-the-scenes. Please tell Jose and the gang we said hello when you go to visit

This was a great little place to stay. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. There was a kettle,fridge and water provided and a binder with great food recommendations! The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting caye caulker!
Lina Point Belize Overwater Resort

Situated in San Pedro, less than 1 km from San Pedro Beach, Lina Point Belize Overwater Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Loved the bungalow with the private pool and seaview. It was quiet and relaxing. It was exciting to see crabs, eagle ray and fish in the water. We rented a golf cart and explored the place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Location was perfect - a short cycle to the main street which meant it was nice and quiet but really convenient. Cleanliness - whole apartment was spotless. Communication with owner - Audre was brilliant. Local recommendations provided - Really helpful. Size and layout of apartment - Perfect for us and the other couple we were travelling with. Bikes provided which we used daily.
