They were extremely accommodating and helped us in a pinch (when we were running late to a wedding).

This is a very nicely renovated property, in an excellent location with beautiful views of Ganges Harbour. Our room was very clean and spacious with a good size deck with table and chairs. Woodley's restaurant serves very good food and is on an upward track. Breakfasts were ample and delicious. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. If something isn't quite right, they fix asap.

And our biggest highlight was of course Steve, the cuddly wisteria cat!

Sue and Chris are wonderful hosts making me feel at home.

Thistle Dew Cottage is gelegen in Ganges, op 5 minuten lopen van Salt Spring Golf & Country Club, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. The Cottage was fantastic, just what I needed for my solo visit to Salt Spring Island. Well equipped with essential food and snacks and washing equipment, which was very handy for me as I biked from Victoria and packed light. The bed was so comfy and the cottage has a real charm to it, the photos don't do it justice! Location is great for Ganges and there are some nice trails nearby. The Salt Spring Wild Cider house is on the doorstep and a visit here is a must. The food and cider are amazing. The owner Pauline is one of the loveliest people I have ever met, a true Canadian gem! Her life story is amazing, she is a mine of information and she goes well out of her way for people. I really hope to be back some day soon!
