This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. We went there on August 2022. The ower was very nice. She explained everything about interlaken that we need to known including recomended local restuarants. They also provided the interlaken traveling bus/train card covering all the days that we stayed there but mostly i think traveller would have swiss pass already. The hotel not quite far from the main station and breakfast very nice. They have elevator in the hotel so no worry for large luggages. Althoug they did not have an airconditioner, it was okay with the fan in the night. The weather was not bad at night, it was about 25 degree or less in August.

The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. the view is really a great mood lifter. really like the picnic room where we could use to refill water or keep stuff in the mini fridge. the seating areas near the breakfast room were v cozy too! the staff at the reception were really really nice and warm in answering our concerns and helping us to find the connecting trains to our next stop! really want to thank them once again!!

Location, comfort, cleanliness, stunning views, staff, breakfast , you name it and everything was perfect, definitely recommended for families ( I was with my 2 kids)... Location is very easily accessible from interlaken ost via bus 102 - direct stop at ringgenberg post, 2 mins walk from hotel Comfort - excellently designed rooms with balcony which have a stunning lake views, i think one of the best views of the lake... Staff - very welcoming and accomodative... Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety... In all a very very good place to stay...definitely recommendable...

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, not to mention that we had one of the nicest views from a hotel room I’ve had (from the top floor suite). The restaurant is world-class — a real experience! Finally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to assist with planing our days and booking tickets. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

We arrived late in the evening and it was cloudy rainy day. We needed to wait a bit at the restaurant downstairs to check-in but when we finally could enter our room, we were amazed about how organized the room was. The bathroom and furniture were high quality and modern. The queen size bed and pillows were really comfortable and really clean. Also the balcony was really huge. But the most amazing moment was when we woke up in the next morning on a sunny day, we saw the mountains when we went to the balcony. Amazing view! The hostess was really kind. She gave information about the places we could visit based on our preferences, and helped us with all our questions. The breakfast was also great with enough choices.
