We have been travelling the world as a family with our three kids for more than a decade and this property is one that we will never forget for all the right reasons. Every room has a mind blowing view of the most beautiful mountains I've ever seen. The family room we booked was perfect for us. It had lots of space and lots of beds (about five beds upstairs alone and a separate bedroom downstairs). I could have stayed a week, easily. The hosts are super friendly and the restaurant is really great. Mostly, I'll remember how it felt staying here. It was a beautiful feel. Location is amazing if you don't want to be in the tourist trap areas. The hotel is in one of the most peaceful places I've ever been. WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK.

The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. They were very helpful in assisting my girlfriend and I with information on the local activities. The hotel was clean and the decore was amazing. Great location and the room we stayed in was cozy and inviting. The continental breakfast was wonderful and well prepared with a large selection of food and drinks. If I return to Meringen, without a doubt, I will be staying at the Hotel Dakota. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel.

Hotel Restaurant Urweide can be found in the village of Innertkirchen in the Bernese Oberland region in the heart of Switzerland. Everything was fantastic and unbelievable! Service, clean and cozy room, beautiful view and wonderful breakfast!

This 3-star hotel in the centre of Meiringen is just 2-minute walk from Meiringen Train Station and 800 metres from the slopes of the Meiringen-Hasliberg Ski Area. We have stayed several times in Hotel Meiringen and it is truly a very good hotel. Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms with lots of space, and convenient with a good restaurant in the building. When we go to Meiringen/Hasliberg, we will definitely stay here again :)

Built in 1633, Landgasthof Tännler is a country-style hotel situated in the quiet village of Wyler, at the foot of Sustenpass. The property offers great views of surrounding Alpine landscape. Beautiful location, high alp surrounding, family run, good local food, great breakfast. Friendly atmosphere.

Located 4 km from the Brünig Pass, Hotel Bären offers a sun terrace with views of the Engelhörner Mountains and a restaurant. We booked a room with a shared bathroom but we were surprised when it was upgraded to a room with a private bathroom. We arrived late and the check-in instructions were so easy! The room feels very cozy and comfortable and the view from the back is amazing! Front desk staff was welcoming and kind :)
