Everything was wonderful. Amazing staff and beautiful view. Very big apartment with 2 separate rooms. Women who helped us were very friendly and very helpful. ❤️ Love this place, and I am absolutely sure that I am coming back soon.

The Seiler au Lac enjoys a peaceful location at the bank of Lake Brienz, with steamers and free buses to Interlaken stopping right in front of it. It has the BEST view in Bönigen overlooking the lake and mountains, close to Interlaken. The interior has a vintage style and full of lovely antiques. The staff was very polite and friendly, especially Mr. Steven who was so kind as to give us an upgrade to a lake view!

We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

We stayed in the room with Jungfrau views. We were lucky that one of the days was a perfect weather and the view of jungfrau is absolutely amazing from the baloncy. The room is big even after putting a baby crib in it. The room and toilet is clean. The staff is super helpful when we encounter rainy days, and the restaurant has good food too.
