The traditional SPANNORT family home with common kitchen and self check-in is located right in the centre of Engelberg, close to the train station. The hotel is recently renovated and in central location. It is very clean with modern, spacious rooms. The views of the mountain are amazing. The staff is polite and speak fluent English. We enjoyed the wooden decor and comfortable beds. The heating is powerful. Location is great, walking distance to stores and restaurants and close to the gondolas. The hotel has a ski storage facility, which is convenient. The app works well and we didn't have any issues with entering the property or ordering breakfast.
