The breakfast was excellent ,special thanks to Petra for helping us have a wonderful and a relaxed breakfast on the sunny terrasse,in fact, the best breakfast we have had in Switzerland so far. The hotel is located in the middle of the woods, so Phillips took us around, to the centre/car park in the hotel's battery operated vehicle,and made it enjoyable and comfortable for us with his friendly banter. A special Thanks to the staff for being so thoughtful and making the effort to send my towel back by post which I forgot there, even without my asking them to do so, really sweet!

We stayed at Hotel Les Amis for a few days just before Christmas. We had a delightful time with the excellent snow conditions but were equally delighted by the quality of the hotel and the warmth of our hosts, Carla and Stephen. The hotel is perfectly positioned for the very short (2 mins) bus trip to the main lift and the Main Street for the bars and restaurants. The room was surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean with a large bathroom and powerful shower. Breakfast was top notch. We will visit Saas Fee again - it’s a beautiful village, and we will most certainly stay at Les Amis. It was a pleasure - thank you Carla and Stephen 🙏

The staff were absolutely excellent and made our stay very pleasant. The room was perfect, and the spa was great.

They were super friendly, professional and helpful. They went out of their way to answer my questions but also to give me recommendations on where to go and what to do. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

There was a lot of storage space and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the patio as well. The apartment was nicely decorated, as in the photo’s. The Summer Saastal-card is provided with this apartment which allowed us to explore the area and mountains.

The lady at the reception is really friendly and kind ready to help and give hints about the region any time. smiling and positiv. Value for money. We could use the bus for free and having an accomodation in the Saas region provides you the Saastalcard including some discounts for different activities. The hotel is simple and I would say old but really nice.

No frills stay in the Saastal area, with unbeatable price to quality ratio. All the staff was super kind, always greeting and saying bye with a big smile. They are 1 minute away from the bus stop that takes you up to Saas Fee in less than 5mins (the bus is free as you get the guest Saastal card at the hotel). Highly recommend to book if you see availability.

Bedmatras was a little to soft for me .. so I turned it around and it was oke! Nice breakfast (08.00-10 00) Great that you can go with the bus for free ( with Saastal card).

Stayed with my 3 kids for skiing for 4 days. Non fussy and family friendly. Complimentary afternoon tea was what we really enjoyed after skiing and were we got to relax at the fire and enjoy a game of chess cards and the use of their baby grand piano, next time we will be taking our practice sheets. Staff were just lovely. We will be back. Great value over all
