The hotel is quiet, the room was incredible and clean and everything was thought of. the beds were so comfortable. the balcony was incredible to sit on. Breakfast is great, dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious. I just loved this hotel and can't wait to return.

Such a gem of a B&B. The room was very comfortable and clean with stunning mountain views. Given our travel schedule we could only stayed two nights, I could have stayed longer. The food was exceptional and we appreciated the hospitality of the couple who could not have been better hosts.

The view is breathtaking, you can arrange a shuttle from the train station to the hotel and viceversa, the Spa and the pool are for sure a plus and the staff is really attentive.

We really liked the breakfast and the view from the balcony of the restaurant. The evening with live music was amazing. Both of the swimming pools were perfect and the opportunity to swim in the lake was wonderful, especially the transfer to Lugano station, it's a pity we did not ask the name of the driver.

- located a little far away from the center enough to enjoy some peace and quiet - incredible reception by the staff with a great tour around the hotel upon our arrival - an upgrade that was incredibly generous - breakfast was delicious and a huge thank you to mr Francois for his huge help and hospitality - the views from the room were amazing - most amenities including the shower, fridge and oven are more than what you need - marvellous jacuzzi to enjoy

Location was perfect, room was just what I needed, very clean, compact & bijou but the view was lovely, really couldn't have asked for more. Staff were really friendly, helpful, and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was really good, and who could want for more eating it on the edge of the lake.....a great stay, I will definitely be back!
