I don't usually write reviews on my stays, but I must HIGHLIGHT how GOOD this place is, the photos that are here in Booking do not honour the reality of this hotel, it is simply spectacular! They take care of all the details, the hotel is located in a nature reserve near the Villarrica Volcano (they have a viewpoint to see it), the facilities are straight out of a movie, the rooms are excellent, the attention of Cata and Alejandro makes your stay even more pleasant. To rate this place a 10 would be petty, this place is a 20 all the way!

The hotel staff is amazing, so caring and professional: a special thank you to Sofi, Valeria and Diego. The food was also terrific, so much so that we had every meal at the hotel! Huge thanks to Juan Carlos. I must also add that I Loved the huge and comfy bed!

The staff was extremely helpful to us, suggesting restaurants, serving breakfast early when we needed to catch a bus, lending us hiking poles, translating conversations with our Uber driver, etc.

The property provides ski storage space, as well as a garden.... I liked the positive surprise we experienced at Elementos. The first impression was negative, as the hotel is in the wild. We arrived late afternoon and it looked scary. As soon as we were presented to our rooms, we were in awe with the views, the quality of everything and the careful attention to every detail in comfort and environment. The dinner was fantastic.

I have been several times in Pucon, but this hotel is the best experience so far. It is a little on expensive side, but the level of comfort and calmness worth it.

The location was beautiful! We had an amazing view of Lago Villarrica from our apartment! Breakfast was brought to us every day and it was very generous! The staff was extremely friendly and responsive - everything was perfect and we had a lovely stay - great value, too! The whole property is well kept inside and out. Very clean and comfortable !

Nice location on the Main Street where you kind find varies restaurant and supermarket nearby. 15 minutes walking from the lake. The Hostress is really nice and she gave up an upgrade of the room for free because of that the original room that we reserved was not clean up ready when we arrived early to the hotel. Love the breakfast which is quite delicious.

The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!
