Offering an outdoor infinity pool and a restaurant, Hotel La Mansion Inn Arenal is located in Nuevo Arenal facing the Arenal Lake. Free WiFi access is available, plus there is a bar on site. La Mansion Inn is a piece of Paradise. Beautiful views, kind and caring staff who made us feel welcomed and taken care of and super cute Casitas. Our family of 3 stayed at the Queen’s Cottage and was very happy with the authentic design and configuration. We saw lots of animals in their natural habitat right at our doorstep which was wonderful. The gardens were also very well maintained and the sunsets were amazing. Most importantly, Cesar, Chris and Coco and the rest of the staff were super kind and friendly, made us feel at home and arranged activities and massages at super reasonable prices, unlike the next resort we stayed at. Last but not least, our dog Coco Nut was treated royally by this beautiful nation of animals and nature lovers. Overall, an amazing experience, not to be missed!

Set in a natural rain forest location, Agua Inn is 200 metres from Arenal Lake. It features a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly. We love the Feo the dog and Pepa de parrot. The location is very quiet. You feel one with nature. Drive from/to Arenal is not long. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Definitely would love to come back and have a longer stay.

We saw more different types of birds just sitting at the balcony eating breakfast than in any of our hikes (& guided tours) ! 🤩 The room and outside walls are also painted beautifully with tropical plants and birds 😍 Simon is awesome and super welcoming. He will go above and beyond, whatever you need or have Qs feel free to ask away! 3 cutie doggies Gypsy, Milu & Teddy 🥰 Short walk down to the lakeshore for beautiful sunset views ✨ 💯 recommend ! Offering spectacular views of Lake Arenal and Arenal Volcano, Mystica has an outdoor pool, yoga platform and free WiFi in the restaurant and lobby. Mystica is in a beautiful setting with lots of animals, plants and birds. there is plenty of space to be alone or together as a group. It is tranquil but close enough to local shops and bakeries etc.

We enjoyed Marita's wonderful breakfast as we gazed over beautiful foliage and bird-watched. The hosts gave excellent suggestions about area activities and provided a very helpful map. Watching the sunset from the nearby lake park was terrific.
