Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and responded quickly to questions or when I needed help. (I had contacted them prior to my stay and they made sure to respond thoroughly to my questions). Very clean facilities. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet. Breakfast had a wide variety of food from meat and cheese, to yogurt, to cereals and granolas, lots of tasty friend and an assortment of pastries, delicious jam, and two types of juice.

Set in the heart of the picturesque Ettal valley in the Ammergau Alps, this country-style hotel enjoys a peaceful setting and offers views of Ettal Abbey. Stayed here with my family for new years eve. The hotel is beautiful, staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and cosy. Our new years eve experience here was just perfect. I couldn't recommend it enough. The food and dancing was such fun. Thank you to all for making our experience in Ettal unforgettable.

Offering an indoor pool and cottage-style rooms, this 3-star superior hotel enjoys a peaceful location beside a forest, just a 10-minute walk from Ettal Abbey. The rooms are modern, clean with a nice view (balcony, mountain-facing room). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was reasonable.

Úžasné tiché miesto v prírode. Blízko bola cesta, ktorú sme si ale vôbec neuvedomovali. Veľká izba, veľká a moderné vybavená kúpeľňa. Nádherný park okolo a množstvo trás na túru alebo bike. Naozaj si tu človek oddýchne. Personál veľmi milý. Raňajky vynikajúce.
