They are super friendly, efficient and accommodating. The spa is great and clean. Only thing missing as we went in summer is a pool.

The rooms are big, well designed and comfortable. They were clean and new :) The check in is comfortable and 24/7. Despite the location, it was quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options:)

They even prepared breakfast an hour earlier than usual for me, since I had an early train. The restaurant was fantastic, especially the homemade vegan burger. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location, while a bit rural, was beyond beautiful (as is the Allgäu in general).
