We had no idea about the hotel and I imagine that it is a great place to stay if you're interested in being on the lake. We were only there for one night. We were greeted when we arrived and he was very informative. Our room was nicely appointed and the bathroom was large. Unfortunately, it was a little warm. Since there is no air conditioning, we could have benefitted from a ceiling or room fan. We did ask if they had one. They didn't, but they brought us what they had which was very nice. The breakfast was VERY nice. Lots of variety, there is something for everyone. They staff couldn't be more accommodating. They are lovely people.

The interior design of rooms and common areas has been given a lot of attention resulting in a classy look and feel. The a la carte restaurant serves great meals and the Sunday brunch is excellent. In addition the Al Pacino room we had was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. All in all a very pleasant experience and if our travels bring us back to this region we will definitely visit again. Recommended!

Bathroom was great too. Lady on reception as we arrived very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice, good selection, kids had enough choice. Great location for us visiting dino park and brothers Grimm wanderweg. Would visit again.
