Good restful location away from the maddening crowds with facilities as restaurants ,shops ect all within a short drive away. Friendly efficient staff and very good breakfast. Great value for money

Este encantador hotel e vinha de 3 estrelas, construído nas fundações de um antigo moinho romano, disponibiliza acomodações tranquilas em Mertesdorf, apenas a 8 km da cidade antiga de Trier. Lovely staff members went out of their ways to attend us. My husband had his birthday and they came with cake and champagne! It's a shame we couldn't tip with a digital payment 😪

Extremely comfortable beds - it is rare for me to fall asleep in a hotel during just one overnight stay. Nicely rich, good weighted duvet and high-quality mattresses meant we fell asleep quickly and had a refreshing rest. No wonder this pace is a hit with bicycle riders, the plaque said, a winner of "Bike and Bett" awards.We were chaperoned to our rooms, which were ultra clean, fresh and pleasant. I am so glad I chose this place. Breakfast was exactly what you needed: nice variety and topped up timely by a caring staff. No doubt I would return. Best regards Slav Litwin
