It was really great from all perspectives. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good enough to make you full and it tasted very well. The location of the hotel is really good. There is a beach very close and there are a lot of good restaurants and all kinds of markets. So if we visit Paguera, we will definitely stay again. PS: we used public transport to and from the airport, it was very convenient and easy.

The service was above and beyond what i expected. Fransico, Daniel, rosa , lucas and other people that i sadly forgot their names we’re amazing! They helped us with everything we needed and didn’t need. We felt like we weren’t guests we were a part of a family. Even when my firend was sick and couldn’t leave the hotel to get medicine Daniel went a got it himself! I have been around the world and to different hotels but this is different. I wish you guys the best in life and thank you for this unforgettable experience. I will definitely come again to Mallorca for this hotel 😄🤍

Enjoying beautiful views over the sandy beach and Bay of Palma Nova, this adults-only hotel is perfect for a peaceful beach break in the sun of Majorca. The location is perfect, right on the beach, next to the bus station. Very clean, great breakfast, variety of fresh fruits and fresh juices, it was just perfect. The staff were beyond welcoming - very helpful, all people on the front desk were amazing, so competent, so polite - I felt at home because of them.

Incredible views, very beautiful and calm place, a lot of terraces and corners to relax like roof pool, sunset terrace, and terrace downstairs. SPA was fantastic. The stuff was very nice. I had the relaxing Mediterranean treatment that made my skin very soft and smooth. SPA swimming pool has installations with bubbles and waterfalls and see view, also there are sauna, hamam, hot beds. I liked it very much. Food was also very good. A lot fresh vegetables and fruits. Meat dishes was also very tasty. Stuff was also very kind and helpful

The hotel was clean, lots to do for the children, variety of food and drink (all inclusive), entertainment throughout the day and night for all. For reference we have a 4 and 9 year old and they could both go in the pools and the clubs. They both loved the pool with the slides.

Location is excellent, right on top of the coast, beautiful views to relax and waste time with a drink of your choice. 20 mins from main airport, and 20 mins from Palma for a opportunity to sight see or shop. On the positive side, one of the highlights was the availability of multiple swimming pools. This ensured that there was always a spot available to take a dip and relax. Additionally, the all-inclusive food offered at the hotel was excellent and diverse, ensuring a wide range of options for all taste buds. One aspect of the hotel that stood out was the variety of activities available for guests. My favorite was the demonstration of paella cooking, where we got to learn and participate while enjoying a delicious sangria degustation. This interactive experience added an extra touch of fun to our stay.
