We had a fantastic stay at Nafarolla. The view from the room was great, the room itself also really good and staff super friendly. Would definitly recommend!

Eco Hotel Rural Lurdeia - Adults Only is a country house located in Bermeo. Surrounded by lush greenery, all rooms include a flat-screen TV and bathroom with shower. Everything! Lurdeia was so beautiful and lovingly cared for, from the hotel itself and it’s rooms, to the well tended grounds, and the delicious breakfasts artistically served and most of all the kindness of our hosts. We felt well cared.

This impressive castle is located in Gautegiz Arteaga, in the Basque Country’s Urdaibai Nature Reserve. It offers a gourmet restaurant with a roof terrace boasting fantastic countryside views. Great service, dinner and extensive breaksfast. Beautifully situated.

This rural hotel is located in the quiet village of Morga, a municipality partly included in the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. Our host, Miriam, was exceptional. Great information on the area with wonderful recommendations. On our day of departure, a Monday, the restaurants in town were closed. She went and made us coffee and breakfast.

Very convenient for travelers: bus to Bilbao right in front of the hotel; hotel has its own restaurant + local cafes cross the road, supermarket next door Our room is not big but functional & spotless, bed is very comfortable, bath towels are of high quality. Luruna Palacio has its own secured car park which is not always the case in Spain. Above all, the staff of this hotel are exceptional. Our big thanks to the lovely Itsasu. She’s often above and beyond her duty helping her guests, she’s a real asset to the hotel. Itsasu made our stay extra special. Big kisses & hugs from Australia :)

This hotel is located in the Basque town of Guernica. It has a 24-hour reception desk, a business centre and free onsite parking. Free WiFi is available throughout. The staff were so kind and caring, we felt so well looked after. Beds were comfortable and bathroom great! The staff went out of their way to help us with some electrical equipment we had left behind at another Pension. This is our second stay in the hotel and we really enjoyed it and hope to be back again. We are walking the Camino del Norte and it’s a great place to stay

Situated in Arrieta, 26 km from Funicular de Artxanda, Hotel Txoriene - Arrieta - HBI01298 features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The location is great in the Basque countryside and only a 30 min drive to the beach (Urdaibai). Quiet, friendly staff, easy to get to by car, nice facilities, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful surroundings. We had to leave early in the morning and we not able to eat the breakfast provided but we so wish we would have been able to!

Set in Ea, 2.8 km from Playa Eako, Hotel Ermintxo offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This 1-star hotel features free WiFi and a bar. The Host is exceptionally hospitable and helpful. The restaurant/bar he and wife have inside not only has good food but also is a main social hub for the small village. Comfortable bed and great views all around.
