It is a small family business, the service is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and worth the price! You won't find anything better in the area. A very welcoming, safe, clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast and coffee was also delicious. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting Elorrio and even as a home base to do day trips to other places such as Bilbao, San Sebastián, Durango etc. Many restaurants and bars and shopping are close walking distance and the bus stop is less than 5 min walk away. A great place!!! Nico and the rest of the staff are so nice!

The hotel was beautiful and our room had a glorious balcony overlooking the harbor, Getxo and the Vizcaya Bridge. I expected the area to be more industrial, but it really was a neighborhood (in addition to being industrial) and it was really fun to walk along the water and over to Getxo via the aerial bridge. We saw the beach, but didn't go. We wished we had had more time to relax and to explore. There was parking in the basement and it was only about 25 minutes to the airport. We weren't there for breakfast.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. There were balcony with beautiful ocean view, this hotell was in front of Ereaga Beach. Vizcaya hanging bridge was in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very good. I very much enjoyed blackout curtains. This hotel had everything you need for a nice vacation in a beautiful place.

The owners of the hotel is very nice couple was greeting us with a big warm. The room was clean and cozy. The restaurant offers you gourmet cuisine.
