The Chateau De Lalande is a traditional hotel in elegant surroundings, 12 km from Périgueux. It offers an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and large, peaceful grounds. We spent 2 beautiful nights in this chateau. The owners were very kind and gave us good tips to discover the region. The food was amazing and in the hotel everything is taken care to the detail. We will come back, since the region has many thing to offer!

Boasting a terrace and located by a forest, Kyriad Périgueux BOULAZAC is situated in Saint-Laurent-sur-Manoire. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I spent a two nights in a 244 euros a night hotel in Bordeaux earlier this month and this Kyriad was a better experience room wise - and parking was free as opposed to an additional 60 euros. I did not eat in the restaurant but it looked comfortable and the menu was appealing. I did not have breakfast but will next time as they serve a full English breakfast.

The location was perfect. Near the motorway. It is the perfect place to stop when travelling by car. It has a green space to walk the dog. The room was spacious and the car can be parked in front of the room. The manager was absolutely fantastic, really kind. A good breakfast for less than 6€ each (it had fresh pastries, good coffee, juice…) We arrived outside the check-in hours and our keys were left in safety box.

The Mercure Perigueux is a new hotel offering free Wi-Fi, friendly staff and modern accommodation in the heart of the city, near the medieval ruins and numerous shops and restaurants. The best thing is that they’re doggie friendly, and the staff was super lovely. The room facing the city was completely sound proof, we slept very well!

It’s in a perfect location on a quiet road a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Saint Astier. The rooms have a wonderful view over the river and breakfast is taken on the terrace beside the river. Very calm and peaceful place to stat fora few days. Highly recommended.
