Staff told us about the conveniently located (and free) spotless laundry facilities, helpful after a week on the road. Wish we would have stayed longer at this hotel.

We were welcomed with a lot of enthusiasm and caring to this beautiful country inn right on the Dordogne River. Sitting on the patio looking out over the valley was a bit of heaven! The dining room was lovely. It was a fine base to visit nearby Sarlat La Canadia and to see other ancient buildings in the Dordogne area.

The location was tranquil and beautiful. I loved the nearby stone village which was exceedingly quiet. The breakfast was outstanding with homemade jams. The host and his niece were extremely helpful and friendly. I want to return ASAP! This was all I want in a holiday.
