The reception gave us a great welcome and was helpful and knowledgeable on our questions on the local area. The bedding was clean and good quality. We all had a goodnights sleep. Also it had a large car park and was just away from the main routes nearby. The breakfast included hot and cold items and was of good quality.

Breakfast was disappointing, not the food but the chaotic atmosphere probably due to a large group hurrying to finish before their bus left and personnel had trouble cleaning up the mess they left behind.

A very nice newly built hotel. Felt quite luxurious with the staff being friendly and helpful. Large car park with four restaurants only yards away. Out of town on the Epernay side so not in the low emission Zone. Trams and buses nearby if needed and close to Champagne Route which is very much worth following especially in the evenings.
