The staff are absolute perfection and well deserving of 5 stars. They helped us with everything we needed very promptly and were always smiling. The property is in a nice location very near to the park and tram or walk to city center in about 15 min or less. We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool and hot tub. It was very peaceful and room well soundproof. Breakfast was extremely high quality and I’m really going to miss it. Thanks again to the fantastic staff for a great stay!

Very comfortable hotel, nicely located by the river and the pont valentré, yet close enough to the city center, very good rooms, friendly staff. Also the breakfast was excellent, served in a very nice room by the garden.

Great hotel, a little bit of luxury. Breakfast had great variety of cold cuts, cheeses, fruit and eggs and coffee. Rooms were spacious enough, but the best part was the pool! One entire wall with a mural of Venice (which bears some resemblance to the homes on the canal in Castres). I believe every room is different but I suspect equally charming. The service was great, I had trouble finding the hotel and they actually came out to find me when I was stuck down the street and didn’t know how to turn my car around :). Highly recommend a stay here!
