Found in Scotland’s Cairngorms National Park, Scandinavian Village in Aviemore offers high-quality accommodation beside these rugged mountains. Quick response from the host. The place is neat, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We had everything we needed. The washers and tumble dryers at the guest laundry area is a plus. The apartment size is able to accommodate all four of us. The place is walking distance to the town center with many eateries and also a supermarket, Tesco. The apartment has two bathrooms and toilets which cuts down queuing time for our group. There are also a lot of car parking lots.

Dalrachney Lodge is a family-run country house hotel in Carrbridge, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and is approached via a tree-lined riverside driveway. Dalrachney Lodge is wonderful! Steve and Tracy are very personable and caring hosts. We stayed in the superior king room for one night, and it was truly lovely. The bed was comfortable, the furniture was beautiful, and the bathroom exceeded my expectations. They provided a delectable made-to-order breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend staying here, and look forward to staying with these caring hosts in the future! Steve even gave us recommendations of places to stop along our journey that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. We stopped at the bridge in Carrbridge, House of Bruar and the falls behind it, and Hettie's in Pitlochry and loved all of these recommendations!

Wonderful stay The house is simply stunning and Jake and Katerina and their staff have furnished it so beautifully in keeping with it's period. The rooms are lovely. Beds comfortable, Continental breakfast was good. I'm just worried once word gets around I'll never find another booking. Home from home large grounds and walks along the river Dee. Opposite Blair Castle, family-run 19th-century Atholl Arms is full of character, offering log fires, locally sourced food and Wi-Fi. Shopping at the House of Bruar is nearby. Beautiful location, beautiful building, very cosy and warm fires, large rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, easy parking

Perfectly located for hill walking, climbing, fishing, the Malt Whisky Trail, golf and all winter sports, this independently-owned hotel is found in the heart of Aviemore, in the Cairngorms. Cairngorm Hotel has such character and history. It was an experience staying here. Great staff, restaurant was excellent; loved breakfast. Would definitely return.
