I was moved to this Hotel as the other one I had booked was taken over - everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations from the decor of the whole place, size of the room, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and outstanding food!

Staff: took the time to remember our names before we even got there, super hospitable, and always make sure to prioritize the guests. They went above and beyond for any requests we had. Room: cleanliness & amenities felt like a hotel, decor felt like home, perfect mix Food/bar: local bar is right downstairs (but split from the hotel side if you just need entrance/exit), what else could you want. Food was really good as well. They also have a sister restaurant that books out down the street! This is our favorite hotel that we've ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back, thank you to everyone at Lochindaal!

Port Charlotte Hotel is located in Port Charlotte on the shore of Loch Indaal. The conservatory and gardens open onto a sandy beach. Incredible location right on the water. Lovely staff went out of their way to welcome me.

Located in Port Ellen, No. 1 Charlotte Street has a garden, shared lounge, bar, and free WiFi. The rooms in the hotel are fitted with a coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was updated and with a nice bathroom. Great location from the port. Will definitely be back again!
