The Argyll Hotel is less than 10 miles from Campbeltown on the main A83 road. This hotel was located on the coast with a million dollar view! The restaurant had delicious food and we enjoyed walking on the beach when it wasn't raining. Our room was very modern and comfortable. There was also a sitting room and plenty of places to be social if that is what you like. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through or just wanting to get away for the weekend.

Situated in the picturesque fishing village of Carradale, on the East Coast of the Kintyre Peninsula, this welcoming family-run hotel boasts spectacular views across the Kilbrannan Sound to Arran and... The owners are so warm, welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast is to die for. Definitely one to return to and confidently recommend to others.

The Carradale Hotel offers accommodation in Carradale. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Every room is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Somewhat older but very well preserved, kept clean and functional

On Scotland’s beautiful western coast, the Anchor Hotel and Seabed Restaurant in Tarbert provides luxurious accommodation and fine Scottish breakfasts. Lovely staff. Nice rooms with tea/coffee tray - iron, etc - great!

Dellwood Hotel is set on the main road into Campbeltown. Set In its own grounds and 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre, the family-run Dellwood has a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Loved how the room I was in was to the side of the main part. Easy to access as I arrived quite late.

Boasting a beautiful location next to the harbour, with rolling hills in the distance, this hotel is 5 miles from Machrihanish in the heart of Campbeltown. Beautifully appointed hotel, better than I expected. Pizza was good, will recommend to anyone.

Argyll Arms Hotel is set on Campbeltown’s main street, close to the seafront and where the ferries leave for Ardrossan. Because we needed to leave very early to catch the ferry to Islay we received pckages with sandwitches, snacs and soda which was great!

Situated in Tarbert, Islay Frigate Hotel has a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is set 34 km from Kilmartin House Museum. The people at the desk in the hotel pub were fantastic. Great town

Offering a garden and garden view, Ronachan is situated in Clachan, 41 km from Mitchell's Glengyle distillery and 41 km from Springbank Whisky Distillery. Everything. The hosts Kat & Andrea were so welcoming. The bedrooms, sitting area and bathrooms are stylish and comfortable. The breakfasts were fabulous - Great choice and delicious. We also had the dinner one evening which was perfect

Set in Muasdale and only 23 km from Mitchell's Glengyle distillery, North Muasdale Farm offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This chalet features a garden. Located on top of cliffs with fantastic views to the islands of Islay, Gigha, Jura and the seas off Northern Ireland, the chalet provides tranquil privacy and comfort. Waking up looking from the bed to the seas, with sheep and birds making the only sounds felt a privilege. The interior is thoughtfully arranged and stocked with everything we needed, with the outdoor table and hot tub being an added bonus. Helpful and very friendly host who personally looks after everything. Location is ideal to the endless sand beaches of Westport, popular with surfers, to the dunes and golf of Machrihanish and to Campbeltown.
