The location can’t be beat, with beautiful views over the Loch and just a short walk along the waterfront to the Ullapool downtown. The rooms were clean and spacious and seem to have been recently renovated, there is ample parking and the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. We had a delicious dinner in the on site restaurant.

The Caledonian Hotel overlooks Ullapool harbour and the colourful fishing boats on Loch Broom. it’s been newly renovated and everything was new and clean and modern. staff was super friendly

Enjoying stunning loch views, The Ferry Boat Inn in Ullapool offers en suite rooms in the Scottish Highlands. Great location overlooking the harbour made this hotel/pub the centre of the village life. Seafood meal in the evening was fresh and good value for money. Recommend to eat here as limited restaurants in the town, so book in advance

Shower was part of a "wet room", which gave plenty of space (unlike the usual coffin-sized shower). Hosts were pleasant and helpful, suggesting scenic drives to take. Tesco store, pubs and restaurants were a 10-minute walk away. Parking was provided.
