Beaumont Hotel is situated in the heart of the market town of Hexham, less than 10 minutes’ walk to the rail station. The food was splendid. We had breakfast and dinner and enjoyed them both very much. The staff were all excellent and i would highly recommend this hotel.

Situated in the village of Armathwaite with its views of Cumbria Pennine fells and the River Eden, The Dukes Head is a traditional country Inn where guests can enjoy a drink, traditional meal and... The room was very comfortable, with a seating area and a good shower room. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety on the menu.

Excellent helpful welcoming staff Wonderful restful ambiance. Views from the room were amazing. Grounds and buildings were meticulously maintained Best and SAFEST shower we had on our 3 week+ trip We enjoyed walking twice to the nearby Farlam church and cemetary Hotel was close to Hadrian's Wall which we enjoyed thoroughly on our last day

The place was beautiful, staff were so friendly We had food on the night time in The Smithy restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was tasty and well served. We opted for the traditional breakfast in the morning as part of our stay that was top quality

Manor House Hotel and Restaurant ligger i Haltwhistle, 7,5 km från Thirlwall Castle, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. The room was perfectly comfortable. The charm of such a historic building cannot be overstated either. The food was excellent. The staff were friendly and inviting. Also, the distance to Hadrian's Wall is an easy hike. Overall it was wonderful.
