Located in Penrith in Cumbria, just 7 miles from the Lake District Park, The Lounge Hotel & Bar offers a restaurant and a bar, just 5 miles from Lake Ullswater. The room was lovely, clean, spacious well decorated. The coffee in the room was great quality. The breakfast was generous and great quality. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Just outside of Penrith, the Brantwood Hotel is less than 3 miles from Ullswater. Just one mile from the junction 40 of M6 it offers en suite bedrooms and TVs. The hotel is so good, comfortable, clean and quite. Staffs were nice and helpful. Food was fantastic and accessible as they can serve meals, breakfast was delicious at its best, fancy set-up. I am amazed by the modernity of the room.

Boasting an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, and modern rooms, the 4-star luxury North Lakes Hotel and Spa, is located just off the M6 motorway. Interior design was amazing inside - very modern! lovely touches in the family room - little colouring packs for kids, their own robes and little juices and snacks for them too in the fridge, cookies on arrival and a fresh milk dispenser right outside the door was brill - especially to fill bottles for babies!! Staff were so friendly in the restaurant also. Will defo be recommending!

Nastanitev Roundthorn Country House and luxury self-catering Mews Apartments je ugnezdena sredi urejenih vrtov in se ponaša s panoramskim pogledom na dolino Eden Valley ter območje Lakeland Fells. First class hotel. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful, comfortable room and excellent food. We were driving south from Scotland to Liverpool to join a cruise ship, unfortunately due to bad weather conditions our itinerary was changed and we elected not to sail. I rang the hotel on our way back north and were delighted that they were able to give us the same room. Would definitely stay at Roundthorn again.
