After an initial hiccup when we struggled to get into the property (tip - if the front door is closed, just pull it harder to open as it’s a bit sticky), we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eden. Our room was huge and well-appointed with a super comfy bed. There was a shared TV room with coffee/tea provided as well as an outdoor balcony area for chilling out. The staff were great about arranging an early breakfast and lunch box. They also stored our luggage until we returned and let us use the common spaces while we were waiting for our bus. We’d definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Mestia.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mestia. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive hotel owner Tatia who made us feel right at home. She was very helpful and patiently answered all of our questions, she prepared lunch for us and she was amazing when our flight was cancelled, helping to find an alternative route. The rooms at Hotel Chatini were comfortable, and tastefully decorated, ensuring a pleasant stay. The highlight for us was the amazing mountain views we could enjoy right from our balcony.

Am fost 2 familii dintre toate cazarile unde am avut rezervari, aceata cazare a fost de nota 10 comparativ cu celelalte cazari avute. Personal foarte de ajutor. Cazarea are o mansarda unde se pot face activitati, privelistea cu muntii e superba. Foarte aproape de Usguli. A fost un mic dejun exceptional pentru Georgia. Recomand cu incredere.

Best place to stay for your time in Mestia. Close to the center and all the restaurants/shops, but not on the main road, so it's quiet. Big rooms and comfortable bed. Great service and wonderful host (was invited by the owner to try Georgian wine in the evening). And one of the best and largest breakfast I ever eaten. Defently recommend to all my friends and stay again there on my next visit.

The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful and convenient places in Mestia. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the main street and very close to the Margiani Museum. The hotel has its own restaurant, which probably serves the most delicious food in Mestia. The breakfasts were very tasty and filling. The hostess Nini was extremely responsive, friendly, and quickly helped with solving any, even the smallest, issue. And she also sings Svan and Georgian songs beautifully, which creates a special atmosphere surrounded by the ancient walls of the hotel. Also, large Svan-Italian dog named Masi lives in the hotel, whose presence has a therapeutic effect on the guests. So, to wraping it up, if you appreciate authenticity, warm human communication, excellent cuisine, and modern comfort - this hotel is for you. I will definitely come back here again."
