The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Overall we had a wonderful time! The hotel is family friendly, there are many families with kids, but it didn't bother us and we had a great vacation as a couple. We really enjoyed everything about the hotel and the services! Totally recommend!

We stayed in October, but I guess it's suitable for winter-time relax - fireplace inside and some storage place.
